Refund and Replacement Policy

At Nautivy, we deliver high-quality products directly from our global suppliers to your doorstep in the US, UK, CA, and Australia. To keep our prices low and eliminate the hassle of international shipping for our customers, we do not accept physical returns (you won't need to mail anything back to us). Instead, we offer a hassle-free replacement or refund policy to ensure you are fully covered.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item (wrong size, wrong color), please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@nautivy.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A clear photo or short video showing the damage or the mistake.

Once the issue is verified and approved, we will gladly offer you one of the following options:

  1. Send a brand new replacement at absolutely no extra cost to you.
  2. Issue a full refund back to your original payment method.

Note: You will never have to pay for return shipping or mail the item back to us. You may keep, donate, or dispose of the original item.

2. Exceptions / Non-Refundable Situations

Because we ship directly from our suppliers to maintain competitive pricing, we cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following scenarios:

v  Change of Mind: If the item arrived in perfect condition and matches the description, but you simply no longer want it.

v  Customer Error: If you ordered the wrong size, wrong color, or provided an incorrect/incomplete shipping address.

v  Sale Items & Gift Cards: Items bought during major clearance sales, flash sales, or purchased via gift cards cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Cancellations and Order Changes

Because orders are forwarded to our suppliers automatically for fast processing, you can only change or cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase. Once this window has passed, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us immediately at support@nautivy.com.
