Thank you for shopping at Nautivy! We specialize in delivering high-quality products directly from our global manufacturing partners and suppliers straight to your doorstep. This allows us to cut out unnecessary middlemen costs and pass those savings directly on to you.
Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our shipping areas, timelines, and processes.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively to the following countries:
· United States
· United Kingdom
· Canada
· Australia
Note: We do not ship to the European Union or other international destinations at this time.
2. Shipping Costs
· 100% Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Because items are shipped directly from our international supply network to maintain competitive pricing and offer free shipping, our delivery window is standardized across all destinations:
· Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 15 business days for the US, UK, CA, and Australia.
Please note: These timelines are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to high seasonal volumes, carrier delays, or customs inspections, which are beyond our control.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are forwarded to our fulfillment network automatically for processing, quality checks, and packaging.
· Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days (in addition to the shipping delivery time).
· Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT).
· Cancellations & Changes: Because orders are sent to suppliers immediately, you can only request order changes or cancellations within 6 hours of your purchase. After this window, the order cannot be modified as it has entered the shipping process.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been handed over to the courier (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, Australia Post), you will receive an automatic email containing your Tracking Number and a link to track its journey.
· Please allow 2 to 5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
· If you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages from different suppliers, meaning you might receive multiple tracking links and packages on different days.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For the vast majority of orders sent to the US, UK, CA, and Australia, packages pass through customs smoothly without extra charges. However, please note that Nautivy is not responsible for any customs duties, clearance fees, or import taxes applied by your local government. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% correct and complete. If a package is returned to our supplier or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a free replacement or a refund.
